>>Nuggets Crush Cavs; Best Start Since 1976-77

(Cleveland, OH)  —  Juan Hernangomez dropped in a game-high 23 points off the bench as the Nuggets crushed the Cavaliers 110-91 in Cleveland.  Paul Millsap scored 16 points and Gary Harris had 14 for Denver.  At 7-and-1, the Nuggets are off to their best start since 1976-77.  Trey Lyles added 12 points and eight rebounds in the victory.  The Nuggets host Utah tomorrow.

>>Flames Rally Past Avs With Five-Goal Third

(Calgary, Alberta)  —  The Flames scored five straight goals in the third period to rally past the Avalanche 6-5 in Calgary.  Gabriel Landeskog [[ LAH-deh-skogg ]] scored with just over a minute left in regulation to pull Colorado within one.  The Avs have lost three of their last four.  They will visit the Vancouver Canucks tonight before returning home.

>>Broncos Host Texans Sunday

(Englewood, CO)  —  The Broncos host the Houston Texans on Sunday in their final game before their bye week.  Denver is coming off a 30-23 loss in Kansas City last Sunday.  The Broncos are now 3-and-5 on the season.  The Texans lead the AFC South at 5-and-3.

>>College Football Preview

(Undated)  —  Colorado is in the national spotlight tonight at Arizona.  The Buffs try to end their three-game losing streak.  CU is 5-and-3 overall.  Elsewhere, Air Force visits Army tomorrow.  Colorado State is off.
