>>Mike Munchak Has ‘Strong Interest’ In Broncos Top Job

(Undated)  —  Steelers offensive line coach Mike Munchak is reportedly very interested in the Broncos open head coaching position according to reports.  Munchak is a Hall of Fame offensive lineman who coached the Titans from 2011 to 2013.  He compiled a record of 22-and-26, including one winning season.

>>Broncos Blocking Teams From Interviewing Kubiak For Offensive Coordinator Positions

(Englewood, CO)  —  The Broncos have denied permission to both the Falcons and the Bengals from interviewing senior personnel adviser, and former head coach, Gary Kubiak.  Both teams are believed to have interest in possibly hiring Kubiak to be their offensive coordinator.  But Denver plans to keep Kubiak and would like him to work with the team’s next head coach.  Kubiak led Denver to the win in Super Bowl 50.

>>Nuggets Take On Rockets Tonight

(Houston, TX)  —  The Nuggets will carry a five-game winning streak into in Houston tonight to take on the Rockets.  Denver is 26-and-11, a game-and-a-half ahead of the Warriors in the Western Conference.  The Rockets just had their six-game winning streak snapped, but have still won 11 of their last 13.  They are four-and-a-half behind Denver at 22-and-16.

>>Avalanche Travel To Winnipeg Tomorrow

(Winnipeg, Manitoba)  —  Colorado will travel to Winnipeg tomorrow to take on the division-leading Jets.  While the Avalanche are coming off a big win against the Rangers on Friday, they had lost six straight coming into the game.  The Jets are winners of two of their last three.

>>College Basketball Roundup

(Undated)  —  In college basketball, Air Force will travel to Fort Collins to take on Colorado State in a Mountain West tilt tomorrow.  Colorado will be at home as they welcome Washington State to Boulder on Thursday, while Denver travels to take on South Dakota State.
