>>Broncos Begin Offseason Workouts Today

(Denver, CO)  —  The Denver Broncos open their voluntary offseason workout program today.  Players are allowed to work out and rehab at the team facility.  Organized team activities begin on May 22nd.  The Broncos continue to meet and scout players as the NFL Draft kicks off next Thursday in Dallas.

>>Avalanche Host Predators In Game Three

(Denver, CO)  —  The Avalanche need a win as they host the Predators tonight in Game Three of their playoff series at the Pepsi Center.  The Avs trail the series two-games to none after consecutive losses in Nashville.   The puck drops at 8 p.m.  Game Four is Wednesday here in Denver.

>>Rockies Ease By Nationals

(Washington, DC)  —  Ian Desmond drilled the go-ahead home run against his former team as the Rockies eased by the Nationals 6-5 in DC.  DJ LeMahieu [[ leh-MAY-hue ]] and Charlie Blackmon also nailed solo homers and Blackmon added a two-run double for the Rox.  Adam Ottavino earned his third win in relief and Wade Davis locked down his MLB-best seventh save.

>>Rockies Visit Pirates

(Pittsburgh, PA)  —  The Rockies continue their road trip as they visit the Pittsburgh Pirates today.  The Rox are 9-and-8 on the season and took three-of-four on the road versus the Nationals.  German Marquez gets the start for Colorado, while the Pirates counter with Steven Brault.  They’ll return home Friday to host the Cubs.

>>Nuggets Begin Offseason

(Denver, CO)  —  After narrowly missing the playoffs, the Denver Nuggets begin prepping for the offseason.  President of basketball operations Tim Connelly stated Friday he’d like to sign Nikola Jokic to a long-term contract.  Will Barton is a free agent and Connelly expressed interest in keeping him too.
