Several Candidates in Colorado Could Be Removed From Ballot

Five voters have filed a lawsuit claiming that signature gatherers from Kennedy Enterprises who were hired by Republican Congressman Doug Lamborn faked Colorado residency, which is required by state law for all circulators. Gubernatorial candidate Walker Stapleton hired the same firm and is also facing scrutiny. A court hearing this morning will determine if the lawsuit has merit and should move forward or be dismissed. Neither campaign has commented on the situation.
