Some of Colorado’s top leaders will visit the site of the 416 Fire burning in the southwestern part of the state later this week. Governor Hickenlooper, U.S. Senators Michael Bennet and Cory Gardner and Congressman Scott Tipton will meet with fire officials on Friday. The fire has burned more than 23-thousand acres and is only 15-percent contained. Lieutenant Governor Donna Lynne and other members of Hickenlooper’s cabinet met with local leaders in the area yesterday.
