A Montrose man that was attacked by a German Shepherd is claiming the Montrose County Sheriff’s office isn’t doing enough to help him. KJCT is reporting Fred Scott was walking his dachshund when his neighbor’s dog attacked the dachshund and then Scott. Scott suffered severe bites and skin loss on his hand and says his dog has multiple puncture wounds. Scott says the neighbor has only been charged with failing to vaccinate their Shepherd. According to the KJCT story the Montrose County Sheriff’s office is waiting for a doctor’s diagnosis of Scott’s injuries to possibly file more charges against the neighbor.
